panettoncino al mais

Also known as a Lupacchioli panettone, after the bakery in Campobasso where it was invented. Often made in a loaf pan, it is made with cornmeal and flour, butter, milk, eggs, yeast, a mix of (Strega and Amaretto) and chocolate chips.

Pantettoncino can also mean a mini-panettone.
