Cyprus

Κύπρος (Kypros). Greek Cypriots prepare many of the same dishes with the same ingredients as the Greeks in Greece, although the names and spellings may be a bit different; they also have a whole range of their own specialties. Many of the same foods are made by the Turkish Cypriots as well, with similar names.
