Prepared on the islands of Lésvos and Lefkáda for Christmas, ‘oil pie’ tastes better than it sounds: it’s a sweet ‘pie’ made with olive oil, almonds, honey, cinnamon and sesame seeds. But as usual there are many different recipes across Greece.
