Soft, delicate slightly sour whey cheese, a by-product of Féta but not salty, with added cream, usually sold as a log. It's used as a cream cheese in pastries or savoury pies, or for breakfast with honey instead of yogurt, crumbled on salads, in cheesecake, as a dessert cheese with fruit, etc.
Manoúri made in Thessaly, and Western and Central Macedonia PDO (ΠΟΠ) status.
