Lonely rose

Rose, literally '30 petals'. The essence of roses (the best come from Chíos) is commonly used to flavour loukoumi, while the petals are used to make jams and spoon sweets.

Rose water ροδόνερο (rodónero) is often sprinkled on koulourákia or loukoumádes.
