Piedmontese chutney

Cognà is a thick sweet fruity mostarda made with grape must and/or apples, hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, pears, dried figs and apricots, cloves, cinnamon and sugar. It's frequently served with bollito misto and strong cheeses.
