Chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding, rice pudding (budino di riso) or any of the many variants of the gooey, eggy dessert. Italians like it with fruit (berries or apples) mixed in; in the Alto Adige they make an artery-clogging cheese budino. In Friuli you may find budino di avena (oatmeal pudding) or budino di patate (a potato pudding with pine nuts and raisins)
