Pelargonium graveolens or the highly scented rose geranium, used in geranium oil. Its flowers and leaves are used to scent cakes, jams, sorbets etc.
Known as χρυσαχί (chrysachí) on Lésvos, κιούλι (kioúli) on Cyprus or μοσχόφυλλο (moschófyllo) in Western Macedonia.
