A kind of pizza that originated on Kímilos (Λαδένια Κιμώλου) but now known throughout Greece, sometimes as λαδόπιτα (ladópita, or olive oil pie).
Ladénia is made with a soft, ciabatta-style crust, topped with red onions, tomatoes, oregano and olive oil. It's popular during Lent: at other times people may slap on some cheese.
