Prawn saganaki (γαρίδες σαγανάκι) is one of the most popular starters in Greece, made with tomatoes, onion, garlic, feta, a bit of chili and parsley, and served bubbling hot with bread to dip in the delicious sauce. Small shrimp often appear on seafood pasta dishes.
