Once a recherché item in health food stores, you can now pick up graines de lin or flax seeds in most supermarkets, either in small bags or en vrac (loose) in dispensers with bags to fill yourself.
In the same area of the store you can usually find graines de chia (chia seeds) and graines de courge décortiquées (hulled pumpkin seeds). But you won’t find a grain de beauté (mole).
