lemon tart
Little tartes au citron are a beloved mainstay on many pâtisserie shelves: the French version uses short crust pasty, and eggs, sugar, flour, butter and lemon juice and zest in the filling. Some are topped with meringue, tarte au citron meringuée, or lemon meringue pie if it’s a big one.
