Sante (1504–1560) was the son of Tullio, with whom he often worked (San Francesco della Vigna). In 1534 he was appointed master of the Scuola Grande di San Rocco. He also built the Ca’ Malpiero Trevisan in Campo Santa Maria Formosa and designed San Giorgio dei Greci (1536-48), and the Palazzo Soranzo on the Grand Canal.
