Argyrosomus regius. A large fish that can grow over to two metres and weigh 100km and makes the deep croaking noises of its name. One of the least threatened fish in the Med, it has many names in Italian: Bocca d’Oro, Boccadella, Umbrina di Canali, Ombrina Boccadora, Laccia
