Nespolino

If you have a nespola tree growing in your garden, you probably have too many ripening all at once. The solution: make some jam out of the fruit and a bottle of Nespolino from the seeds.

Let the seeds sit in the sun to macerate for ten days or so (the peel will come off from the kernel by itself), then put them in a bottle with sugar syrup, a vanilla pod and grappa, and rose petals, and wait for seven months or so.
