spicy biscuits from Crema
Crema's spicy mostaccini (sing. mostaccino) biscuits are made with potato flour, wheat flour, butter, eggs, sugar and every spice in the cabinet, along with bitter cocoa. Crumbled up, they are an essential ingredient in tortelli cremaschi.
