Pistum, pistùm or pistùn Pordenone, often served at weddings: sweet dumplings, made with stale bread, raisins, herbs, candied citron, cinnamon, pinenuts and sugar, and cooked in a meat broth, then sprinkled with sugar.
In the Val Tramontina, however, it can also mean a thick soup made with polenta and turnip greens.
