Sweet and spicy savor di Romagna is made of boiled must with fruit, usually quinces, pears, apples, raisin, walnuts, almonds, orange peel and cinnamon, and maybe pumpkin, and eaten along with formaggio di fossa or any other tangy cheese, although some like it with ricotta. It's also used as a filling in biscuits and desserts.
