Tosella
fresh cow's milk cheese
This cheese, popular around Belluno and Vicenza, is often fried and served with polenta, but can be eaten fresh, too. Because it's mild, Tosella is a popular cheese served in tastings of new wines.
Sometimes spelled tosèla.
