Ligurian zucchini pie
Zucchini, potato and onion make the filling. It's a sort of pizza really (and it has to be made in a proper wood-fired pizza oven), but the filling is put in the centre and the outer edges or the dough are folded over most of it. A turtun can also be made with spinach or other greens.
The Sagra del Turtun takes place at Castelvittorio at the beginning of August.
