sweet filled fried pastries
A Christmas favourite in Calabria, chinulille or chinuliddri are square, triangular or half moon shaped pastries, filled with a mix of chocolate, chestnut, nougat and candied fruit, or else ricotta, lemon zest and cinnamon.
