Winners of numerous taste tests, there are four varieties of bright coloured tomatoes that come from Pachino, on the sunny southeasternmost point of Sicily. Four kinds have IGP status: however, when you see 'pachino' on a menu, they are usually the cherry or greenish costoluto 'ribbed' variety.
