Raisins. ξηρά κορινθιακή σταφίδα (xirá korinthiakí stafda) are dried currants, also known as mávri stafída.
Σταφίδα Σουλτανίνα Κρήτης (Stafída Soultanína Krítis) are very sweet yellow sultanas, made from dried Sultanina grapes on Crete, introduced by refugees from Asia Minor after 1922. Because of the hot dry climate, they have an extraordinarily high sugar content, and are often used in desserts.
Designated PGI.
