rougail

Rougail is a spicy Creole condiment, used in Reunion, Mauritius or Madagascar but very popular in France as well. It traditionally consists of tomatoes cut into small dice, small pieces of vegetables, crushed ginger, sliced onions and chili peppers. As a stew it contains chunks of sausage as well.
