Rhum arrangé— ‘arranged rum’ based on fruits, plants or spices macerated in Rhum agricole is a speciality of Réunion, the Antilles, Guyane, and Madagascar, and now Corisca, where two women, Laurence Mattei and Sandra Gostoli started to make it with a distinctive Corscian touch.
Their company is called Otta in nine different flavours, including hazelnut, wild myrtle and vanilla, and passion fruit, mango with hibiscus.
