Caillou du Faron
crunchy chocolate ‘pebbles’
Named after Toulon’s landmark Mont Faron, these were the first of many creations made in the city’s Le Caillou du Faron chocolate shop.
The cailloux (‘pebbles’ in French) are made of dark or milk chocolate, hazelnut praline, cocoa, and crispy bits of crêpes dentelles.
