Niniches de Quiberon are fruit or caramel flavoured bonbons on sticks that come in some 50 flavours. In 1946 they won the best bonbon in France prize.
Niniches bordelaises are soft buttery caramels with cocoa, first made (or so they say) by the wives of dock workers, who collected some of the spilled sugar and cocoa brought over from ships from the Americas. Today you can find them flavoured with coffee as well.
