Catalan meatball stew
A traditional dish in Roussillon, boles de picolat is a stew of meatballs made of minced beef and sausage or pork, cooked with white beans, chili pepper and other vegetables— potatoes, onions, peas, carrots, tomatoes, cep mushrooms or morels.
