Edel de Cleron - Fromage de la gastronomie Franc Comtoise

A soft, pasteurized cow’s milk cheese from the village of Cléron, similar to Vacherin Mont d’Or, sold in a distinctive pine bark box. You can also get it studded with slivers of black truffles. It’s popular cold or baked in the oven.
