Festival Grec
Song and Dance
In 2016, Barcelona's biggest festival of music, theatre, dance and circus celebrates its 40th anniversary. Founded in the great whoosh of freedom and creativity following the death of Franco (the first posters read: 'Teatre Grec 76. Popular Season. For theatre at the service of the people. Theatre and Freedom. For an imaginative theatre').
Performances by world class artists continue all through July and take place not only in the Teatre Grec but in dozens of venues all around the city.

Tickets are available on the website or at the Palau de la Virreina Mon-Sun 10am-8.30pm.
